The goal of this project was to expand the living space into the outdoors which was achieved with the addition of an east-facing patio in the front, a dining patio with a pergola and an open air lounging patio in the back yard.  An entry experience to the front door was created with steps, planters and surrounding planting beds.  The design layout of the back yard encourages dining, lounging, playing, and gardening.  This property was transformed to accommodate a lifestyle of outdoor living.
